I'm excited to share my journey as a wellness coach and the inspiration behind "W.O.W LIFESTYLES” I believe that wellness isn't one-size-fits-all; it's about finding joy in the process, staying consistent, and embracing repetition for lasting success.

Having recently moved to a new community, I recognized a lack of engaging activities that I had enjoyed back in the south of DFW area. This inspired me to create the "BOOTS & SNEAKS Line Dance w/ Coach “O” class, fostering a supportive environment where women can come together, motivate, and uplift each other. While my program is primarily focused on women, I believe everyone can find something relatable to enhance their wellness journey.

As a brunch enthusiast, I'm thrilled to blend my passion for wellness with an event on July 26 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Brass Tap in Cross Roads. This "BOOTS & SNEAKS Line Dance class has opened doors for connection and community, reminding us to give ourselves grace. Together, we’ve built a sisterhood and a supportive brotherhood, creating a space filled with peace and understanding. Join us as we thrive together!
