We’re taking our movement beyond the dance floor! Join the WOW Fit Party Crew as we walk, jog, or run together in the Anadel Speaks Hope in Motion 5K on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at beautiful Bachman Lake Park in Dallas.

The Hope in Motion 5K, hosted by the Anadel Speaks Foundation, brings the community together in support of children in need, particularly children who have experienced sexual abuse. Proceeds and support from the event help advance the foundation’s work to provide safety, healing, education, rehabilitation, and hope to children and communities.

You do not have to be a runner! Walk it, jog it, run it — we just want you moving with us. Grab your family and friends and come represent the

WOW Fit Party Crew for a great cause.

5K Start: 8:30 AM - WOW FIT Crew meet up at 7:45 AM

Location: Bachman Lake Park

3500 W. Northwest Hwy

Dallas, TX 75220

Parking/race entrance is at W. Northwest Hwy & Lakefield Blvd., and the start/finish is near the Historic Lakeside Pavilion.

Race Day Schedule

7:30 AM – Race-Day Packet Pickup

8:10 AM – Opening Remarks

8:15 AM – Interactive Warm-Up

8:30 AM – 5K Starts

9:45 AM – Course Closes

9:50 AM – Awards

10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Vendor exhibits, music & kids activities
